Ring in the Nude Year with

Though I'm not the most proficient or talented artist
in the world, I've always enjoyed drawing. I started
sketching fantasy stuff -- like princesses, dragons,
castles, etc as far back as I can remember. I even
came up with a feral race of female cat people way
back when, predating my love of ThunderCats.

As I draw, I usually weave an elaborate tale in my
mind about what the character I'm drawing is thinking
and feeling as well as what is their history. So
through my art is how I got into story telling, I
suppose -- most of my early writing started via the
musings I had while sketching different things.
Felina, my main fan fiction original character, is no
exception to this rule of sorts.

Why did I do a series of nudie drawings now, you ask?
To ring in the "nude" year, I suppose ;) At least as
far as art is concerned, I've never been embarrassed
about nudity and so it's not a big deal to me. Drawing
nudes is more about the grace and flow of the lines or
two bodies intertwined than it is about morality or
shame. And yeah, I've always favored drawing women
over men. Draw what you know, I guess :-p
